Absolutely. You have complete control over who can see your videos—whether it’s just you, your friends, or the whole Wauw community. You decide who gets access to your training, and all your content is safely stored in your Wauw account.

If you record using the Wauw camera, your videos will automatically receive the “Wauw Verified” mark. This ensures that your video is unedited and hasn’t been tampered with, so everyone knows it’s 100% authentic. You can also upload past videos, but only those captured with the Wauw camera will receive the “Verified” stamp.

Yes, you can easily upload any of your past videos to Wauw, even those recorded outside of the app. You’ll have all your training videos in one organized place, ready to tag with reps, weights, and notes to track your progress.
