1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Wauw application (“App”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content
2.1 Prohibited Content: The App strictly prohibits the posting, sharing, or dissemination of objectionable content. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.
2.2 Enforcement: We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem objectionable in our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who post objectionable content.
3. No Tolerance for Abusive Users
3.1 Prohibited Behavior: The use of the App to harass, threaten, or abuse other users is strictly forbidden. This includes any form of bullying, intimidation, or the use of offensive language.
3.2 Consequences: Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may lead to legal action if deemed necessary.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Compliance: You agree to comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations regarding your use of the App.
4.2 Reporting: You are encouraged to report any violations of these terms, including objectionable content or abusive users, to the Wauw support team.
5. Optional Permissions
To enable certain features, the App may request optional permissions such as Location Services (including background location) and Apple Health/HealthKit access. You can deny or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings. The App can still be used without these permissions, although some features may be limited. Any use of location or Health data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Content Ownership and License
As per the Terms of Service, you retain ownership of your content. However, by posting content on the App, you grant Wauw a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Wauw is not responsible for the actions of its users or the content they post. The App and its services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
8. Amendments to the EULA
Wauw reserves the right to amend this EULA at any time. You will be notified of any changes and continued use of the App will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered.
10. Agreement
By using the Wauw App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.
